Step 1: From the left menu section of the Jira dashboard, click on the dropdown of the AP board and then tap on the ‘Create board’ option.

Step 3: By choosing ‘board from an existing project,’ I will click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 5: The board is created. Now click on the ‘Create issue’ to create the task.
Step 6: Name the task and then mention the sub-task that needs to be done to complete the project.
Step 7: Click on the task, and in the right side menu, you will see the assignee option. There enter the name of the team member which whom you want to assign the task.
Similarly, you can also create a task from the road map. For that, go to the roadmap option and then click on the ‘Epic’ option. Then enter the task name and create the sub-task. Again click on the ‘Plus’ icon just beside the task name. You can prioritize the task and then click on the task completed once your task is completed.
